ABOUT THE project
The Brief
InspoHub is the go-to video production company of Climate Impact, capturing feature style highlights videos and showing the flavour of client's events to share across their own platforms and with attendees.
The usual setup is the client taking the opportunity to speak about their most recent and upcoming projects and attendees sharing their experiences , which we capture in a piece to camera setup. This dialogue drives the narrative of the piece, and was accompanied by B-roll of the event setup and the attendees.
The client also requests photography of the event so that images could be shared across social media and emailed directly to attendees post-event as a thank you.

The Solution
Everything is shot handheld, contrasting from the traditional tripod mounted shots we often come to expect from corporate features. This allows for a more dynamic edit that reflected the forward-thinking nature of the events.
Photos are shot with a similar approach, capturing candid and engaging shots of attendees. All content is captured on high-end, in-house equipment provided by InspoHub, keeping production costs low and output high.
The Outcome
The client was incredibly happy with the outcome. It was a seamless production that was turned around in less than 24 hours. The video was shared with conference guests individually who also gave very positive feedback to the client.
