The Brief: Fulham Broadway BID was looking to appoint a professional communications agency with a local focus, to act as the communication function for the organisation.
How InspoHub attacked it: Having won the tender process, InspoHub began B2B communications for Fulham Broadway BID (business improvement district) to spread the word of its activities and ambitions to the 350+ member businesses.
A comprehensive marketing strategy was drawn up to match the business targets of the organisation and to ensure members felt included. Engaging with businesses and encouraging two-way communication was important to the BID committee, so the strategy was shaped to provoke conversation to a deeper level through very personalised and targeted marketing.
InspoHub were brought in from the start of this project, so setup of social media channels, CRM and all marketing tools were the first step, as well as building a full visual brand from their initial simple logo. Our in-house designers thrived on this blank canvas and we have now developed a successful marketing presence to strengthen the relationship between the BID committee and its members.
As the project continues, InspoHub will work on innovative ways to engage businesses and help the community understand how its money is spent and provide a platform for their input.
